Ladies, get ready to see how God reveals Himself through Scripture in this fall's Bible Study, God of Creation: A Study of Genesis 1-11. Beginning September 13th & 14th, fall study will be held on Tuesday at 6:30pm and Wednesday at 9:30am each week. Tuesday evening sessions will be hosted in Terri Miller's home. Wednesday morning sessions will be held in the Classroom 309 at the church. Childcare will also be available for the Wednesday morning class. Cost of books is $15 each. Study Synopsis: "The opening chapters of Genesis teach us fundamental truths about God. We watch Him bring light after darkness, order after chaos, and rest after toil—all through the power of His Word. Dive into this 10 week study with Jen Wilkin as you learn how to follow the three critical stages of understanding God's Word: comprehension, interpretation and application. You will revisit familiar stories and historical figures, challenge your basic knowledge and discover deeper meanings within the text. As God reveals Himself through Scripture, we can only begin to understand ourselves when we first glimpse the character, attributes, and promises of our Creator."
